My name is Katherine Keen and I am the owner of Wide Awake Teens LLC. My focus is on guiding tweens and teens through the challenges of middle and high school, through yoga, coaching and group work.

I have been in Colorado since 2012, working in schools as a School Counselor for many years and then starting my own business life coaching teens in 2018. My husband and I have recently relocated to Summit County from Denver and I am eager to get connected with the teens of Summit!

I do individual life coaching sessions for tweens, teens and twenty somethings, using developmentally appropriate techniques and giving them tools to use throughout their lives. I also teach tween and teen yoga, incorporating many “life lessons,” coaching activities and discussions into our time together on the mat!

My purpose is to empower young people to know themselves, feel strong and confident and create amazing lives for themselves. My favorite role is being a positive adult outside of immediate family - every teen needs someone who is not a parent to help guide them on their journey!

Outside of work, I am usually found enjoying the CO outdoors in any way possible with my two Springer Spaniel pups, traveling to Switzerland to see my niece and nephew or lake swimming in New Hampshire. Life is an adventure!

When possible, I see clients in person, but virtual sessions are an option as well. I teach yoga at various studios and can come to schools or other organizations for workshops.
