Come experience and learn about the full power of the Wim Hof Method from a certified Wim Hof Method Instructor.

The class will begin with an introduction to the Wim Hof Method and it's 3 Pillars. You will be introduced to basic concepts and benefits of breathwork and cold plunging, and participants will then be guided through breathwork, meditation, and an ice plunge. Snacks will be provided, and time will be provided for connecting with the group!
