Brittany Josie

Brittany Josie is an author and creativity coach living in Summit County.  Her passion for art, and specifically writing, is a powerful healing modality for past traumas and present stressors. Communicating with words is one of the greatest evolutionary triumphs of humankind. Poetry is an ancient art, and Brittany believes deeply in the restorative power of words.

Brittany offers group writing classes, as well as one-on-one coaching depending on your needs. Her book of poetry is called “Weatherveins: poems for every season”, and you can find it locally at Next Page Bookstore in Frisco and online through her website, BrittanyJosie.com. As a self-published author, Brittany executed the editing, the cover design, the marketing… and everything in between for her book.

Classes offered:

Healing With Words

Using breathwork and meditation, Brittany will lead you through an intentional writing class, connecting your emotions to definitive words, bringing empowerment to your message, and bridging the gap of consciousness to allow space for healing. 

Journal Journey 

This workshop is intended to alleviate the pressure that can come with journaling. Brittany will teach you how to make journaling a regular practice in your healing journey. 

Creativity Coaching

Brittany Josie believes that everyone embodies creativity and she is honored to help you call yours forward. Her program is six weeks long offering weekly, hour long Zoom calls that include exercises in awareness and “homework” to facilitate growth in between sessions.
