In this workshop we will introduce you to breathwork and meditation techniques through an immersive experience backed by ancient history and modern science.
Deepening the personal connection to the breath, you can improve overall health in areas such as increased focus, stress management, improved recovery time, reduced anxiety, relief from cravings, enhanced sleep, lowered blood pressure, boosted immunity, and strengthened resilience.
After learning and practicing techniques, the workshop will end with a guided meditation designed to nourish & help integrate the experience.
