Students will get an introduction into various martial arts, explore aspects of common scenarios and practice the most applicable techniques. Through ongoing education and a personalized approach to each students’ needs, this program will help boost your child’s confidence, discipline and self-esteem in addition to developing their physical and mental capabilities. |

Focus will be primarily on the neurological impacts on balance, mobility/stability, imbalance, and injuries. |

Snow Sports Conditioning (Beginner to Expert)This package includes a series of physical, mental and affective workouts designed to increase and manage participants capacity to operate their bodies within a context of movements applicable to snow sports.
