Certified Wim Hof Method Instructor, Yoga Instructor, and former top-level competitive gymnast
working with athletes, individuals recovering from injuries or concussions, and women striving to
build confidence and embrace their unique strengths.
Anna believes that the challenges we face are invitations to grow, to reconnect with our inner
strength, and to recognize our potential. Through compassionate guidance, she equips her
clients with the tools of breathwork, cold exposure, and intentional movement—empowering
them to transcend barriers, cultivate inner peace, and lead healthier and happier lives.
Anna’s journey began as a competitive gymnast training at an Olympic Training Center, where
she developed a deep connection with her body at a young age. However, this early connection
came with challenges. A combination of hypermobility and hip dysplasia led to chronic pain by
the age of 14, leaving her unable to carry a backpack or walk more than two miles without
discomfort. Searching for solutions, Anna faced disappointment with conventional medicine and
pain-relieving medications, which motivated her to explore natural methods to manage pain and
arthritis by the age of 17.
Today, at 25, Anna has transformed her life using a unique combination of yoga, the Wim Hof
Method, and strength training. She has traveled the globe surfing in Indonesia, trekking in the
Himalayas, and backpacking through U.S. National Parks. Along this journey, Anna has inspired
and guided others to embrace a life of vitality, resilience, and joy by understanding your body-
mind signals and responding with intentional movement, breath, and focus.
