Group classes largely focus on increasing functional capabilities with in-depth analysis of movements related to common activities. While strength, flexibility and cardiovascular exercise are a part of these classes, attention will be stressed on mobility, stabilization and core work in order to prevent injury and optimize performance in all aspects of life.
