Youth Martial Arts Classes

Youth Martial Arts

Group and private lessons are available with group classes organized as an afterschool program. Transportation from school may be provided for some students at no additional charge. Kids aged 5-15 are eligible with classes split between elementary and middle school age groups. 

The program is designed to teach youth the essentials of self defense philosophy, principles and real world skills. Students will explore aspects of the most common scenarios and practice the most applicable techniques from several martial arts including karate, tae kwon do, jiu-jitsu, judo and wrestling. Through ongoing education and personalized approach to each students' needs, classes will boost student's confidence, discipline and self-esteem in addition to developing their physical and mental capabilities.

Monday:

  • 10am-2pm   Massage
  • 3pm-5pm   Open Gym (Members Only)
  • 6pm-7:30pm  Self Defense Seminar (By Request)

Tuesday:

  • 10am-2pm   Massage
  • 4pm-5:30pm   Youth Martial Arts
  • 6:30pm-8:30pm   Striking 

Wednesday: 

  • 10am-2pm   Massage
  • 3:30pm-5:30pm   Youth Martial Arts
  • 6pm-7:30pm   Jiu-Jitsu

Thursday:

  • 3pm-5pm   Open Gym (Members Only)
